Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, business administration, or economics.
• 4-5 years of relevant work experience in M&A, finance, or development in US solar/wind/energy storage.
• Comfort negotiating M&A transactions and deal terms.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Grow the development and operating platform for utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage assets.
• Lead or participate in project acquisitions, including origination, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing.
• Prepare memos and presentations for senior management and investment committee.
• Develop market assessments, financial models, and business cases to support investments.
• Collaborate across internal teams, consultants, and counsel to optimize deal structures and execution.
