Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Commercial Integration Senior Analyst to support the commercial integration of wind, solar, storage, and digital infrastructure projects. The role interfaces with Construction, Development, Origination, Portfolio Finance, and Asset Management to ensure late-stage projects reach commercial operations and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience reading regulatory or legal documents.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen with accounting, finance, and valuation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Due Diligence on New Project Investments: Support evaluations, agreements, contract reviews, and due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.
• Financial & Performance Management: Develop prudent revenue, expense, and capex assumptions for long-term budgets and underwriting.
• Commercial Management & Administration: Compile compliance requirements in project and partnership agreements and support negotiations with counterparties.
• Strategic Initiatives & Project Integration: Support strategic growth and enterprise-wide process improvements and information-sharing platforms.
• Leadership: Foster an inclusive culture and build cross-functional relationships to improve coordination and performance.
