Job summary

Clearway Energy Group is seeking a Commercial Integration Senior Analyst to support due diligence, financial modeling, and contract administration for wind, solar, storage, and digital infrastructure projects. The role reports to the Director of Commissioning and Commercial Integration and partners with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely commercial readiness.

This hybrid position can be based in San Diego, Scottsdale, Houston, Denver, or San Francisco, requiring strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, Project Management or related field.
• 3+ years in financial analysis, project valuations, or commercial role.
• Experience reading regulatory or legal documents.
• Ability to interpret complex agreements and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence on new project investments and contract reviews.
• Assist in financial planning for revenues, expenses, and capex.
• Support commercial management and contract administration to meet performance metrics.
