Qualifications

• Five years’ experience quoting, writing, and managing commercial lines policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial lines markets, coverages and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience leading a commercial team and training staff.
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Commercial Lines team members.
• Oversee workflow, targets, and client service standards.
• Maintain department goals and productivity metrics.
• Develop and maintain procedures and workflows for the unit.
• Ensure compliance with carrier requirements and regulatory standards.
• Monitor retention and growth of the commercial book of business.
