Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) seeks a Client Advisor & Business Insurance Specialist to manage a commercial lines book and service clients.

You will analyze coverage, advise on suitable solutions, and grow client relationships while promoting added-value services. The role supports a hybrid work model with opportunities for professional development, compensation tied to experience, and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience required; 5 years preferred.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems and Applied Epic is a plus.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel expected.
• Knowledge of Acord forms and licensing requirements.
• Self-motivated, team player, strong organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of Commercial Lines accounts and service clients.
• Provide coverage analysis, recommendations and cross-sell value.
• Build long-term client relationships and retain clients.
• Negotiate with underwriters to adjust policies as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market conditions and competitors.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and use of systems.
