Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, risk management, or related field.
• Five years minimum quoting and managing commercial lines policies with staff.
• Florida 220 License is required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines markets and underwriting guidelines.
• Experience leading a commercial team and training staff.
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Commercial Lines team members.
• Ensure adherence to agency procedures and regulatory standards.
• Oversee new business submissions, renewals, and policy issuance.
• Monitor and improve client retention and service quality.
• Collaborate with marketing to grow commercial book of business.
