OneGroup in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Client Advisor & Business Insurance Specialist to service a Commercial Lines book, analyze coverage, and advise clients on suitable policies. You will build long-term relationships, promote new products, and work with carriers to tailor coverage while maintaining high retention.

Hybrid work environment, requiring a Property/Casualty license, ongoing education, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5 years Insurance Experience Required
• Working knowledge of Agency Management Systems
• Applied Epic experience is a plus but not required
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients.
• Introduce and promote new products through communication with clients.
• Increase profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added-value services.
• Consult on the most effective coverage for a particular need.
• Deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients.
• Communicate with colleagues & carrier representatives to stay updated on products and market conditions.
• Negotiate with underwriters to amend policies to meet client demand.
• Utilize Agency Management System (Applied Epic) and MS Office daily.
• Authorize binding of Commercial Lines coverage within carrier authority.
• Participate in seminars and training for skill development.
