Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Client service & account administration: respond to requests, process policy changes, endorsements, billing, and claims support; maintain client relationships.
• Renewal & retention: manage expirations, gather underwriting information, prepare renewal submissions, support marketing and proposals.
• Operational excellence: maintain agency systems, ensure documentation accuracy, monitor tasks for timely completion, follow policies.
• Financial management: assist with accounts receivable, resolve billing issues.
• Professional development: maintain insurance knowledge and participate in process improvements.
