Qualifications

• A Property and Casualty License from state of domicile is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designations are a plus.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• 7+ years’ account management experience in the insurance industry with a focus on commercial lines of coverage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client advocate and primary point of contact for assigned large accounts.
• Develop professional relationships and understand clients’ core business.
• Manage client expectations and ensure service commitments are met.
• Design insurance plans and act as field underwriter, binding coverage as needed.
• Strategically remarket renewals to maintain high account retention.
• Identify coverage deficiencies and consult clients to limit exposures.
• Prepare proposals, loss evaluations, and risk analyses with accurate quotations and policies.
• Produce binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements accurately.
• Ensure timely and accurate policy renewals.
• Facilitate claims reporting and settlement processes.
