Insurance Office of America in Riverview, FL is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager. We are looking for 5 to 10+ years of commercial insurance experience and an active P&C license to join our Account Management path based on experience and licensing.

You will manage an assigned book of business by providing day-to-day client service, supporting account retention efforts, coordinating policy administration activities, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of service deliverables.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Conduct coverage analysis and assist clients with policy-related questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
• Manage policy expirations and renewal timelines.
• Gather underwriting information and prepare renewal submissions.
• Support renewal marketing efforts and proposal development.
• Assist with account retention initiatives.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure account documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor activity and suspense systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with accounts receivable monitoring and collection efforts.
• Resolve billing and payment issues as needed.
• Maintain technical insurance knowledge and industry awareness.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
