Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Engineering technology, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, design, technical support, or economic development.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience is required.
• Experience includes: customer relationship management and engagement in commercial/industrial electrical environments.
• Economic and business development.
• Problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
• Customer-facing technical or engineering roles.
• Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for FirstEnergy managed customers, delivering superior customer experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison for Commercial & Industrial accounts and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to drive load growth and capital investment through strategic partnerships and tailored energy solutions.
• Bridge communication between FirstEnergy and customers, translating technical information into actionable insights.
• Represent customer interests in internal planning and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate scheduling of planned maintenance outages and transmission/distribution projects with internal departments.
