Qualifications

• Project management, problem solving, and customer-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for FirstEnergy managed customers and ensure high service standards.
• Manage relationships with large commercial and industrial accounts to drive load growth.
• Coordinate project deliverables and communicate regulated product options to customers.
• Collaborate across departments to align customer needs with regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic planning and roadmap for customer initiatives and outages.
