Job summary

FirstEnergy seeks a Senior Supervisor of Customer Accounts to lead the FE Ohio Customer Accounts team, directing regional and corporate strategy and guiding customer engagements for large commercial and industrial clients.

The role requires managing complex billing, rate issues, and project coordination across multiple internal groups, while driving customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar discipline preferred.
• Demonstrated management/leadership experience required (7+ years).
• Experience with large customer accounts and billing/rates is valued.
• Willingness to work off-hours for events or storm support may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Accounts team to implement regional and corporate strategies.
• Develop strategic relationships with large commercial and industrial customers.
• Manage complex customer issues including pricing, rate changes and reliability concerns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to connect new transmission service and manage outages and projects.
