Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment independently.
• Provide solutions and estimates for technical issues.
• Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance and repairs.

Skills

7+ years of experience in service, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC equipment

EPA Universal certification

Ability to solve complex technical issues

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Experience with pneumatic and DDC controls

Mechanical contractors and/or boiler and refrigeration license

Available for after-hours maintenance
