Job summary

Engineering Excellence is seeking a senior HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial systems. You will tackle challenging service issues and provide outstanding customer support on site.

You will mentor fellow technicians, assist with field leadership activities such as work planning, audits, and jobsite oversight, and ensure tool readiness, proper PPE, and compliant inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of HVAC field experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems.

• Diagnose, repair and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems.
• Tackle challenging service issues and provide exceptional customer support.
• Mentor technicians and assist with field leadership activities like work planning, audits, and jobsite oversight.
• Manage tool calibration and readiness.
• Prepare service kits with correct parts and PPE.
• Run compliance checks on storage and labeling.
• Collect and upload service evidence into CMMS.
• Coordinate disposal of expired parts and consumables.
• Audit inventory and update logs.
• Prepare surge kits for emergency response.
• Support technicians during complex repairs.
• Maintain organized toolrooms and storage areas.
