Job summary

Engineering Excellence seeks a senior HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial systems. You will mentor technicians, assist with field leadership activities such as planning, audits, and jobsite oversight, and tackle challenging service issues with customer-focused support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in HVAC service/maintenance
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex commercial HVAC systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• EPA 608 Universal certification required
• OSHA safety certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead service calls on complex HVAC issues and mentor junior technicians
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
• Plan and supervise field work, audits, and jobsite oversight
• Maintain accurate service records and communication with dispatch
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold safety standards
