Job summary

Engineering Excellence seeks a senior HVAC technical expert to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial systems. You will mentor technicians, assist with field leadership activities such as planning, audits, and jobsite oversight, and deliver outstanding customer support.

This role targets highly skilled HVAC professionals who solve complex problems, share expertise, and lead by example in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in servicing commercial heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
• Strong communication to resolve customer issues and coordinate with dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Trains technicians and assists field leadership with audits, supervision and planning.
• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems promptly and professionally.
• Inspect equipment and perform preventative maintenance and cleanings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products/services to customers.
