Sylvester & Cockrum is seeking a Senior Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technician based in the Greenville, NC area. The role covers installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems in commercial settings, including boilers and chillers.

You will report to the Field Service Supervisor/Service Manager and work on a range of hydronic and DX systems. Requirements include 5+ years in HVAC service, valid NC driver’s license, and Universal CFC certification.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technician
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong documentation skills

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and service HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, and DX/Hydronic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial equipment
• Maintain tools, supplies and records
• Follow safety requirements and wear PPE
• Communicate with customers effectively
• Occasional extended shifts/overtime as required
