Job summary

Carolina Commercial Systems (CCS) in Raleigh, NC seeks a Commercial HVAC Senior Service Technician with 3+ years of hands-on experience. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment, perform scheduled maintenance, and support on-site customers and owners. Valid driver's license and EPA refrigerant certification required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA refrigerant certification (NATE a plus but not required).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet physical requirements.
• Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
• OSHA 10/30 training (provided by CCS).
• Successful completion of drug screen and background check prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment per manufacturer standards.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and testing under maintenance contracts.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Record service details, parts used, time cards, and repair notes.
• Communicate with Service Supervisor regarding assignments and schedule changes.
• Provide professional on-site customer service and owner training as needed.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and tools per policy.
• Participate in on-call rotations (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ensure safety practices to protect personnel, customers, and property.
