Job summary

Cii Service in Burlington, NC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our service team. You will service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chillers and boilers, ensuring optimal operation for clients.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks and pre-employment screenings. A company vehicle and incentive programs are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in servicing HVAC equipment.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Valid driving license and clean driving record, required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings during employment.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and troubleshoot chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units, rooftop units, and split systems.
• Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring of multiple devices.
• Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks as well as electrical circuits and components for continuity.
• Maintain constant and professional communication with clients, all team members, and office.
• Apply HVAC principles to diagnose and correct issues and optimize performance.
