Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification is required.
• Advanced skills servicing commercial HVAC equipment and related accessories.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Trains other technicians and assists with work audits and site supervision.
• Performs commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Diagnoses and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Completes routine maintenance and paperwork accurately.
• Communicates with dispatch to provide status updates.
• Delivers excellent customer service and promotes products and services.
• Assists with planning, estimating, and quality audits.
