Experience with chillers, RTUs, package units, and refrigeration, EPA certification, and top-notch diagnostic skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of chillers, RTUs, package units, and refrigeration systems.
• Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• EPA Certification (Required).
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Diagnose and repair complex HVAC issues across commercial and industrial systems.
• Service and maintain chillers, rooftop units (RTUs), package units, split systems, and associated equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and controls-related problems.
• Identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers.
• Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly.

• Support, mentor, and train junior technicians in the field.
• Represent Walker White Mechanical with professionalism and integrity at customer sites.
