Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our fast-growing Tampa team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and service HVAC, refrigeration and related equipment, with an active EPA Certification.

This role requires 5+ years in a commercial HVAC setting, a valid driver's license, and OSHA 10 certification. We offer a robust benefits package, competitive weekly pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required for service work.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems.
• Perform maintenance, install units, or replace parts including 15 tons+.
• Manage larger PM contracts with multiple units.
• Repair or replace defective components and controls.
• Service mini-splits and smaller RTUs as needed.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to finish scheduled jobs.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for customers.
• Deliver elite customer service.
