FirstCall Mechanical in Asheville, NC seeks a seasoned Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join a fast-growing team. You will diagnose, service, and install units, work on systems 15 tons+ and support PM contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• Active EPA Certification.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Manufacturer Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of problems in HVAC, refrigeration, and related equipment.
• Perform maintenance and service repairs; install new units for 15 tons+.
• Maintain PM contracts with >5 units.
• Repair or replace defective parts and controls.
• Service mini-splits and smaller RTUs for 15 tons or less.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to complete scheduled jobs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for customers.
• Provide elite customer service on every interaction.
