Job summary

ISS Mechanical, a locally owned commercial HVAC provider in Central Florida, is seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician to support our Tampa-area operations. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and execute service repairs on high-horsepower equipment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC/R, EPA certification, and a strong safety record. We value reliability, physical capability, and the ability to work with clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC/R experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• OEM certifications are a plus.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physical work indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned HVAC/R maintenance with precision and professionalism.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC and electrical systems.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Perform service repairs and compressor changes on high-horsepower equipment.
• Work safely and follow company and industry safety standards.
• Deliver strong service and clear communication to clients.
