Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical is seeking a seasoned Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Lawrenceville, GA team. You will diagnose, repair, and install large HVAC systems, service contracts, and ensure top-notch customer service on every visit.

Ideal candidates hold an active EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience; OSHA 10 and other manufacturer certs are a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits, career growth, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Active EPA Certification for HVAC.
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Manufacturer Certification is preferred.
• Flexible hours and on-call shifts available.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems in heating/air conditioning systems and determine repair or replacement needs.
• Maintain and service repairs, install new units, or replace parts for 15 tons+ units.
• Manage larger preventive maintenance contracts with multiple units.
• Repair or replace defective parts and controls in units.
• Service mini-splits and smaller RTUs as applicable.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to complete scheduled jobs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for customers.
• Provide elite customer service on every encounter.
