Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• EPA certification active and valid.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Driver's license with clean record.
• Manufacturers certifications are preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of problems in air-cooled and water-cooled HVAC systems without callbacks.
• Operate and diagnose internal equipment controls and building automation systems.
• Perform maintenance, service repairs, install units or replace components as needed.
• Provide elite customer service to every customer.
• Maintain service relationships with clients of all sizes.
• Service and troubleshoot chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, air handlers, and related equipment.
• Communicate with Dispatch to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for customers.
