Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical Group LLC in Birmingham, AL seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician II for our C2H team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including air handlers, boilers, chillers, and building automation controls, with a focus on high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial HVAC, active EPA and OSHA 10 certifications, a valid driver's license, and the flexibility to work on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Active EPA Certification.
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Manufacturer Certification is preferred.
• Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in air‑cooled and water‑cooled HVAC systems for repair or replacement needs.
• Operate and diagnose internal equipment controls and building automation systems.
• Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units, or replace components as required.
• Provide elite customer service and maintain relationships with clients.
• Service and troubleshoot chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, air handlers, fans, and related equipment.
