Job summary

Engineering Excellence is hiring a skilled HVAC service technician to diagnose and repair commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. Youll perform equipment start-ups, handle on-site service tasks, and support customers with professionalism and safety.

The role requires a minimum 4+ years in HVAC, EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred), and the ability to read drawings. Overtime/weekend work may be required; a High School Diploma or GED is necessary.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial HVAC required
• EPA 608 license required (Universal preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints
• Must be able to work overtime/weekends as needed
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Service HVAC equipment, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems and accessories.
• Perform equipment start‑ups as required.
• Use smartphones to support business systems and dispatch check‑ins.
• Move and install equipment for service work; maintain safety and quality.
