Job summary

You will work on RTUs, splits, and basic controls, providing preventative maintenance for key accounts and ensuring thorough documentation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of service-focused HVAC experience, strong diagnostic skills, and EPA Universal Certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience (service-focused, not just install).
• Strong diagnostic ability (electrical + mechanical).
• Experience with commercial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, splits, basic controls).
• Perform preventative maintenance for key accounts (including Evergreen).
• Identify and recommend repair and replacement opportunities.
• Complete clean, accurate service documentation.
• Work independently in the field (minimal hand-holding).
