You will read blueprints and specs, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requires 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, EPA certification, and own tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verifiable experience in the commercial HVAC industry
• Knowledge of HVAC trade practices, tools and equipment
• Own basic hand tools
• Universal EPA Certification
• Knowledge of refrigeration and control systems
• Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints/schematics
• Trade school education preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, equipment and controls
• Troubleshoots units that are not working and replaces parts that are defective
• Installs refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, pneumatic control, and humidity control systems
• Build strong customer relationships and understand customer needs/expectations
• Complete ongoing industry training as needed
• Provide top notch customer service and value for all customers
