Qualifications

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Communicate with customers to explain issues and solutions; ensure satisfaction.
• Perform routine maintenance and identify potential issues to prevent breakdowns.
• Document service work and order parts as needed; assist with on-site safety.
