Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an experienced Seasoned Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our fast-growing C2H Team in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and an active EPA Certification.

You will diagnose and repair air-cooled and water-cooled systems, service and install units, work with building automation controls, and provide elite customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• Active EPA Certification required.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in air-cooled and water-cooled HVAC systems for repair or replacement needs.
• Operate and diagnose internal equipment controls and building automation systems.
• Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units, or replace components as required.
• Provide elite customer service on every customer encounter.
• Maintain service relationships with clients at large and small facilities.
