Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment (commercial/industrial).
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, electrical schematics, and control drawings.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems, line sets, condensate drains, and electrical feeds.
• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial/industrial customers.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems.
• Test and locate leaks in refrigerant systems and calibrate systems to manufacturer specs.
• Communicate work status, parts procurement, and updates to internal teams and customers.
• Promote unwavering commitment to safety and core values.
