Casto Technical Services in Hagerstown, MD is seeking an Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot with precision, ensure EPA compliance, and deliver professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a minimum of five years of experience with rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, VRF, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Experience servicing rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, package units, VRF systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on a wide variety of HVAC systems.
• Inspect equipment to identify deficiencies and recommend actions.
• Document service calls, repairs, parts used, and recommendations.
• Maintain EPA regulations compliance and safety policies.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicle, and inventory.
• Participate in on-call rotations and overtime as required.
