The position supports rooftop units, VRF systems, boilers, chillers, and controls, with emphasis on safety and EPA compliance.

You will troubleshoot, document service calls, and communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Experience servicing rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and VRF systems.
• Strong understanding of EPA regulations and safety practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations and standards.
• Inspect equipment and recommend corrective actions.
• Document service calls, parts used, and recommendations.
• Maintain EPA compliance and safety standards.
