Casto Technical Services in Winchester, VA is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain large-scale HVAC systems. The role covers Northeastern WV and surrounding areas, with dispatch from home using a company van.

The position requires five years of commercial HVAC experience, EPA 608 Universal certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance per manufacturer and standards.
• Inspect equipment and recommend corrective actions.
• Document service calls, repairs, parts used, and recommendations.
• Maintain EPA compliance and follow local, state, and federal codes.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicle, and inventory.
