Job summary

MOHR Talent seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Executive to develop and close HVAC installation opportunities across South Florida, with a focus on large mechanical systems and relationships with property managers, general contractors, developers, and owners.

The role is field-based with office presence; expect a base of $70,000–$90,000 plus commission. Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. Located in Miami, this position offers growth in a national, minority-owned firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Experience with chillers, cooling towers, RTUs, and/or large-tonnage equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical plans and blueprints.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience selling to property managers, contractors, or developers preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial HVAC opportunities.
• Sell HVAC installation and replacement projects.
• Work with chillers, cooling towers, rooftop units, and large-tonnage systems.
• Read blueprints, mechanical plans, and construction documents.
• Prepare proposals and bid packages.
• Partner with estimating and project management teams.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through contract close.
