Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to develop customer relationships, drive HVAC equipment sales, and grow business across the commercial construction market in New Jersey and New York.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in commercial HVAC sales, understands specification-driven selling, and can influence equipment selections early in the design process. Strong presentation and relationship-building skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC equipment sales or technical sales.
• Experience with manufacturer’s reps or HVAC equipment manufacturers is a plus.
• Strong ability to develop relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, owners and stakeholders.
• Identify projects early to influence equipment selection.
• Drive specification-focused sales of HVAC equipment and engineered systems.
• Lead proposals, technical presentations, and quotations for commercial projects.
