Engineering Excellence Incorporated is seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant II in Conroe, Texas. The role focuses on expanding outside sales, building client relationships, and delivering HVAC and indoor-air quality solutions to commercial clients.

You will generate new business through cold calling and referrals, present solutions, and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required and minimum 2+ years in sales.
• Proven B2B sales experience with cold-calling and lead generation.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC industry is a plus.

• Generates commercial replacement, retrofit, and service-contract sales via cold calling, referrals, networking and lead generation.
• Represents the company professionally and ethically in all business matters.
• Consults with commercial customers on HVAC and indoor-air quality needs and presents solutions.
• Prepares proposals and explains technical information in clear terms to customers.
• Maintains relationships with strategic commercial customers and coordinates with internal staff to schedule work.
