Job summary

Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across our Florida client base.

You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose malfunctions, replace components, and document work thoroughly while following safety protocols. A high school diploma, vocational HVAC training, EPA 608, and 5 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC program or apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC hand and power tools.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and varied conditions.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• 5 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance: coils, refrigerant, electrical, filters.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions; identify root causes and solutions.
• Conduct repairs and component replacements based on diagnostics.
• Document all service and repair work accurately.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and tools.
• Communicate with clients and team; explain work performed.
• Participate in ongoing training and On-call rotation.
