Job summary

Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to install, service, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems in Belleview, FL. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and communicate clearly with clients and teammates to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, performing repairs, documenting work, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a vocational HVAC program or apprenticeship is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• Ability to read and interpret basic schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders and work in various weather conditions.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing clear explanations of work performed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills.
• Participate in On‑call rotation or emergency service.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration system malfunctions, identifying root causes and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Conduct repairs and component replacements based on diagnostics performed.
