• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• 5 years of industry-related experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (split systems, package units, chillers, boilers).
• Perform preventive maintenance: coils, refrigerant levels, electrical components, and filters.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/refrigeration malfunctions and identify root causes.
• Conduct repairs and component replacements per diagnostics.
• Document service and repair work thoroughly.
• Follow safety protocols and policies.
• Keep work vehicle and tools clean and organized.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members about work performed.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve skills.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
