Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (split systems, package units, chillers, boilers, refrigeration equipment).
• Perform routine preventative maintenance: coils, refrigerant levels, electrical components, filters.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Document service work accurately and thoroughly.
• Participate in on-call rotation or emergency service.
