Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee HVAC construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area from turnover through closeout. The role emphasizes budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relationships while coordinating with owners, GC, consultants, and field teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong commercial HVAC experience, multi-project management ability, and a track record of successful project delivery from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC construction project management experience with a mechanical contractor.
• Experience managing commercial mechanical projects through completion.
• Knowledge of procurement, cost control, budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and project closeout.
• Experience managing multiple projects or large-scale mechanical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from turnover through completion.
• Review contract documents, plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
• Oversee equipment and material procurement.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and supplier relationships.
• Track project costs and maintain profitability goals.
• Process RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate activities with owners, general contractors, consultants, and field teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks.
• Manage billing, schedule of values, and financial reporting.
• Oversee equipment startup, commissioning, punch lists, and closeout requirements.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
