Top Level Talent by S&C is hiring an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role focuses on managing large-scale commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, GCs, engineers, and field leadership to maintain schedule and budget.

The compensation range is $125,000–$145,000 base, depending on experience, with strong growth potential in a well-established contracting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mechanical/HVAC PM experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, piping, and sheet metal.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with owners, GCs, engineers, field leadership, and vendors.
• Understanding of plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale commercial HVAC projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and field teams.
• Review plans, specs, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to ensure compliance.
