Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks an experienced Project Manager for Commercial Mechanical Installation. You will independently develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with customers and subcontractors to deliver on time and within scope.

As a seasoned PM, you will forecast revenues, manage margins, ensure safety, read blueprints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes for HVAC

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of project management in Commercial HVAC Mechanical Equipment Installation.
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation of commercial HVAC equipment across multiple vertical markets.
• Represent Carrier professionally in client, architect, and engineer interactions.
• Coordinate scope, deliverables, and schedules with end-users, sales, and contractors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and budgets; conduct progress reviews.
• Forecast monthly revenue and track project costs and margins.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage Change Order processes.
