Job summary

Gentry Service Group in Swannanoa, NC is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Installer to lead installation, replacement and retrofit of large-scale systems. You will work on package units, rooftops, splits, and ductwork while coordinating with project teams across varied commercial sites.

The role demands extensive hands-on fabrication, brazing, and electrical wiring, with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. 3+ years’ experience required; valid license needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation and change-out experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on sheet metal fabrication and installation.
• Strong experience with Mitsubishi Mini-Split systems.
• Proven ability to install and modify duct systems, piping, and control wiring.
• Brazing certifications and EPA universal refrigerant certification.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, replacement, and retrofitting of commercial HVAC systems.
• Handle package units, rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, piping and wiring.
• Coordinate with project teams for a wide range of commercial projects.
