Gentry Service Group, a well-established heating and cooling company based near Asheville, NC, seeks a skilled HVAC Change-Out Specialist to join our team in Swannanoa. You will lead residential HVAC change-outs, perform installations, and work with Mitsubishi Mini-Splits to upgrade systems.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of installation and change-out experience, strong sheet metal skills, brazing certifications, and EPA refrigerant certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strong residential HVAC installation and change-out experience.
• Proven sheet metal fabrication and installation skills.
• Experience with Mitsubishi Mini-Split systems.
• Brazing Certifications.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality residential HVAC system change-outs and replacements.
• Install and modify duct systems, piping, control wiring, and associated HVAC components.
• Perform new installations, retrofits, and equipment upgrades.
• Work with various systems including Mitsubishi Mini-Splits.
• Maintain exceptional workmanship and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
