Job summary

Gentry Service Group in Western North Carolina seeks an experienced HVAC service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. You will deliver exceptional customer service, collaborate with a team that values quality workmanship, and help customers resolve comfort issues with honesty and integrity.

Requirements include 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and EPA certification; NATE certification is preferred or obtainable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• EPA Certification required.
• NATE Certification preferred or willingness to obtain within first year.
• HVAC trade school training preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer-focused mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20-$30 per hour. Competitive hourly pay + commissions, spiffs, and performance bonuses
